Mounting system made of stainless steel 1.4404

As a special recommendation, we offer the assembly fitting system. A proven and reliable system for over 35 years, it replaces pre-insulated fittings with assembly fittings, offering significant savings. This modular system is also ideal for companies that wish to carry out the retrofitting with their own personnel. Significant reductions in the number of sockets and the elimination of pre-insulated fittings are key benefits.
Examples:

  • One assembly elbow replaces one pre-insulated elbow and two sockets.
  • One assembly branch replaces one pre-insulated tee with three sockets.

The use of proven assembly fitting technology enables significant cost reductions. For example, savings of 10-15% of the delivery value are quite common for plastic-jacketed pipe systems in network densification. In some cases, cost reductions of over 20% have already been achieved. The number of socket connections and welds is significantly reduced. The tightness of sockets and assembly fittings is tested with an air pressure test before grouting. The system has proven itself over decades of use.

The flange fittings are manufactured in several dimensions, such as Ø90-Ø315.
Product selection as follows:

  • T-pieces with jump or parallel branch
  • T-pieces with straight outlet
  • Short or long
  • Bends
  • Sockets and transition pieces between twin pipe and old pipe parallel system (instead of Y-sockets etc.)
