Exciting piping project
Tcomp have just completed another exciting piping project with a short delivery time of pipe system to customer within the green transition.
The steel plates were delivered by the customer, and Tcomp has then, in close cooperation with the parent company Tjæreborg Industri,
Emergency ship repairs!
Both of these two bellows deliveries were intended for emergency ship repairs, where the original OEM bellows, failed in service. The ships could not go back in to service without immediate replacements.

This DN2000 DUO Expansion Joint, has just been finished for shipping to Finland.
The Expansion Joint is used to absorb axial and lateral movements in a system that uses SO2 / SO3 gas. There was several requirements for NDT.

DN 80 exhaust expansion joint, with zero Cuff and inner sleeve. Designed for 650 °C , 5 bar with a build length of 127mm.
