Projects like these are a great example of how different parts of our production come together. Alongside these metal expansion joints for a demanding cryogenic vacuum application, we also manufactured 200 protection shells in-house using our bending equipment.
This DN2800 expansion joint has been designed for gas service and manufactured in 904L stainless steel (1.4539). 904L was chosen for its excellent corrosion resistance, making it a strong choice for demanding process environments where both temperature and corrosion resistance need to be considered.
